1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

This website does not require registration, has no contact forms, and does not install any statistical analytics tools or profiling cookies. The data processed is therefore minimal:

  • Technical browsing data: as with any website, the server hosting the site automatically logs certain information (such as IP address and browser type) solely to make the site work correctly and to keep it secure.
  • Direct contacts: the email addresses and phone numbers shown on the site simply open your own mail client or phone; any data you choose to send us this way (for example, by writing us an email) is processed solely to respond to your request.

3. Third-Party Services

The typefaces and technical libraries used for the site's graphic effects are hosted on our own servers, not on external services: your browser sends no data to third parties just to display the site. Two services remain external:

  • Google Maps (the map in the "Where We Are" section of the homepage): it is loaded only if you explicitly consent — see the Cookie Policy. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies.
  • YouTube: the site's videos are reachable only through links that open youtube.com in a new tab; they are not embedded in the page, so no data is transferred to YouTube until you decide to click a link.

These services are provided by Google LLC, based in the United States: any transfer of data to the US takes place under the standard contractual clauses set out by European law. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Data Retention

Technical browsing data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the security and operation of the site. Direct communications (for example by email) are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

5. Your Rights

At any time you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data — by writing to info@paliodivalfabbrica.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
